All Prices include VAT.

For on-line internet purchases, it is necessary to choose the preferred method of payment:

Credit card Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Postepay, directly on-line with no additional charges.  Payments will be made through the IWBank Secure Server that uses SSL 3.0 (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Bank transfer with payments made in advance directly to our current bank account, the details of which will be provided upon placing your order.  The reason for payment should include the client’s first and last name and the order number provided in the e-mail confirming the order.

The products will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Products will be delivered to the Client’s home and delivery is free of charge for orders of € 98 or more.

If you require an invoice, please request the same when you place your order and provide all the necessary information.

Safety

In order to guarantee the safety of any Credit card payments, NATURANS has chosen the IWBank Secure Server using SSL 3.0 (Secure Socket Layer) technology, with 256 bit encryption, standard for secure internet transactions.

After selecting the Credit card payment option, a page will appear on which it is possible to enter your card details and send the same through the IWBank Secure Server, certified by Verisign (a leading provider of safety services for Internet Clients), that will transfer all the sensitive information about the payment in an encrypted format.

Clients can check the safety and validity of the pages accessed at any time by viewing the page Properties on their browser.

The sending and receiving of data when connected to an SSL Secure Server is normally indicated on the browser by a warning window with a page address that includes the prefix Https (look out for the final S).  Moreover, all pages using the SSL protocol display the Secured Seal with which it is possible to search the Verisign servers to check that they have actually certified the bank’s website and that the certificate has not expired.
