In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30^th June 2003, Personal Data Protection Code, we should inform you that our Clients’ personal data are stored on special lists in order to allow us to fulfill the contracts.  Where necessary in order to fulfill a contract, we shall undertake to pass on the Client’s data to the forwarding company and, where requested, to the bank entrusted with handling the payment of the goods.  The provision of this data is compulsory since it is necessary in order to fulfill the contract of sale.  In any case, we shall not use the information in our possession for purposes other than those described above.  The handling of this information shall be carried out using both automated and manual instruments, using methods that guarantee the maximum safety and confidentiality.  This shall consists of all the operations set down in art. 4, paragraph 1a) of the aforementioned Decree.  Moreover, we hereby confirm that the said information shall not be passed on to third parties or disseminated or transferred abroad.  We should also inform you that every Client may exercise all the rights set down in articles 7, 8 and 9 of the Decree which permits them to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal information about the same exists, and to view, update, integrate or delete the said data.  Moreover, Clients may request more information by sending an e-mail to info@naturans.it
