Money Back Guarantee

In order to offer Clients a total guarantee, NATURANS shall undertake to replace any product received which was not in the original order, does not comply with the description provided or is damaged, or else it shall reimburse the Client for the relevant amount upon a simple request by the same.

Goods must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from receipt.  We offer an extended “Money Back Guarantee”: in fact, it can be exercised within 30 (thirty) days instead of the 10 (ten) days normally applied to distance sales.  Moreover, in the event that goods are returned under the “Money Back Guarantee”, the Client can keep any gifts pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22^nd May 1999.

With the exception of the replacement of damaged goods or goods which do not comply with the products ordered, the cost of returning the goods shall be charged to the client.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 64 and fol. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6^th September 2005 (Consumer Code), if the Client is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to his/her professional activities and does not provide a VAT number on the purchase order), s/he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason or explanation, at the following conditions.  In order to exercise this right, the client should sent a registered letter with advice of receipt, stating the order number and article to be returned.  The Client may also send notification of withdrawal by sending a telegram or an e-mail to info@naturans.it, as long as the same is confirmed by means of a registered letter with advice of receipt within the following 48 hours.  All the aforementioned notifications should be sent to: NATURANS Via Gello 26/A – 50055 Lastra a Signa (Florence), Italy.

The goods should be returned under the responsibility and at the expense of the Client within 30 (thirty) days from delivery of the same (instead of the 10 (ten) days required by the Consumer Code).  As soon as it has received the goods, NATURANS shall undertake to reimburse the Client by means of a bank transfer within 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the undamaged goods or, in the event of credit card payment, it shall undertake to reverse the amount debited within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which NATURANS was informed about the withdrawal.  The right of withdrawal may be exercised solely by consumer Clients, i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to his/her professional activities and does not include a VAT number on the order.  In the event that goods are returned, any gifts received with the order shall remain the property of the Client.

Important: the right of withdrawal (i.e. without proof of product) may only be exercised if the products are returned intact and in their original packaging.

The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.  The return of products which are not intact, have been damaged or are missing the original accessories and equipment shall not, therefore, be accepted by the vendor and the goods shall be returned to the sender with the addition of transport costs.

The Court of Florence (Italy) shall have jurisdiction over any disputes involving NATURANS regarding electronic sales made through this website.
