The goods are sent via Poste Italiane courier which guarantees delivery in 1 week for all the main countries in the European Union.

Is it possible to change the delivery address?
It is possible to change the delivery address by logging in and updating your personal profile or at the check-out when you will be asked to confirm your details.
Is it possible to amend my order?
It is possible to amend your order at any time before the same has been completed. However, once the order has been sent, the contents of the same cannot be changed.
Where should I enter any promotional codes?
Promotional codes should be entered in the window provided on the shopping basket page. The discount will be calculated automatically and will appear on the order summary.
