The delivery costs are displayed in the shopping basket when you place your order.

As you shop on-line, placing the various products in the shopping basket, the total cost is calculated including details of the prices of the individual products and any delivery costs.

Delivery times and returns

The goods will be delivered via Poste Italiane courier which guarantees delivery to all the main European Union countries in 1 week. You will be notified by e-mail once the goods have been dispatched.

Upon receipt of the goods, check that the number of packages received corresponds with the number indicated in the transport documents and that the packaging is intact, is not damaged or wet.  In the event that one of the latter conditions applies, the carrier should immediately be informed and the words signed with conditional acceptance should be written on the transport documents, along with a description of the problem.  If the goods are damaged, please call us immediately on +39-338-5706728 or send an e-mail to info@naturans.it

Important: in the event that the goods delivered by the carrier are accepted unconditionally and without complaint, it shall not be possible to make any claims for shortages or damage caused during transportation at a later date.

Internet sales are governed by Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6^th September 2005 and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9^th April 2003.  Articles are covered by a two year guarantee pursuant to art. 128 and fol. of the Consumer Code.
